None... I would do exactly what I am now. Bringing in people to do specific tasks that I don't want to.

- I have fresh meals delivered weekly, as I couldn't be bothered cooking most of the time.
- I have a cleaner to come in once a fortnight to do the annoying jobs that I couldn't be bothered doing.
- I pay people to come in, once a month to maintain the pool.
- I would have someone come in, once per fortnight to keep the yard, clean and tidy.

The key thing here, is none of them are around my personal space 99% of the time. Why the hell would anyone want staff?
