LOLZ is this all taking place in Pennsylvania. I noticed the vehicle did not have a license plate in the front. I know PA does not have licesnse plates in the front. Are there other states like that?

If this is in or near Philly LOLZ. There also seems to be violence against the overachieving asians in that vicinity.

I know of one that looked hopeless but he became a great person. Just because someone took their time/mentality to work with them.
