If you really think about it, JDS is the worst matchup for Jones

It would be really interesting to see how they compared in strength at heavyweight. They'd probably weigh something similar. Dos Santos at 245, Jones at 235 would be my guess. I think JDS is too strong and hits too hard for Jones, though. Lacking clinch game or not, JDS punches a hole in Jones' face.

Cain's better everywhere.

But while I still favor Junior over Jones, I worry Cain beat some of the life out of him. But maybe's Stipe's just a hard charger and challenged the same Junior we all know and love. We should know in Junior's next fight.

Cain > dc. and Dc was able to do well. Probably what rashad would have looked like had he not froze up

Rashad froze up because of the elbows and not being able to budge Jones in the clinch.

As for Cain and DC they both have their strengths.

JDS has too many negatives: too slow, horrible footwork, gases easily and has the worst striking defense in MMA. If the fight stays on the outside, Jones would light him up. Even in the clinch, Jones has the better clinch game both offensively and defensively.
