I hope another lightheavyweight gets a crack at him and shits him down so you can stop overating him.
I respect stipe for being a fighter and all but let's be real. He's not A class anywhere. He's beating 40 year old pre USADA heavyweights. The only SOMEWHAT viable fighter he beat was aging glass chin Reem. Who of which dropped him in the first round and he let himself get caught in a guiltotine that although wasn't sunk in it's dangerous to let yourself end up in that position in the first place.
Put him up against a young fighter in GUS or an absolute beast in DC or he Picasso in MMA like Jones or even someone like Anthony Johnson and watch how he reacts when things don't go his way against viable young healthy and dominant competition.
Gus Beats him on the feet and exposes his overrated boxing.
D.C. Throws him around and makes him eat uppercuts in the clench.
Rumble Johnson runs right though him.
And Jones lands an abnormal volume of strikes, changing stances mid combination landing elbows and throws from the clench and possibly submitting him ok the 3rd round if not a decision.
This dude is extremely overrated. 4 Or 5 years ago he wasn't even a beast and he's only doing well because heavyweight hasn't gotten any better and the same fighters are aging well into their 40's. Enough with all this "stipe can beat anyone in the UFC nonsense" he wouldn't make it past the lightheavyweights I just mentioned.
