It seems like Paddy will absolutely dwarf Ilia and smother him with grappling. Islam is closer to his size but I think Paddy would piece him up on the feet just like he did to Chandler. Very good chance Paddy beats both, and could easily move to 170 where Belal would have zero chance against him.

I can see him beating Gaethje or Dustin, especially if he mixes in enough grappling. Dustin has poor TDD (Chandler won a round against him by wrestling). Gaethje is very questionable on the ground.

And neither of those guys have the reflexes or chins they once did.

I think we can all agree that Paddy could easily move up to 170 and get the belt if he was given the opportunity with Belal as the champ. Islam might be a 50/50 and his size would be a problem for Ilia.

People seem to forget that Chandler had relatively competitive matches with Gaethje and Dustin. He lost both but neither of those guys totally dominated him like Paddy did.

Both of those guys are 36, too. People are acting like Paddy would be fighting 2020 versions of Justin and Dustin.
