My back is constantly getting better, the physio helped tremendously. Haven't taken pain pills since before Christmas - I was on them pretty hard at one point.

Still waiting to see the spinal surgeon - free but slow health care - he may say I'm doing good enough to just live at 90% instead of do surgery.

I would buy nothing but the finest socks and then throw them away every night after wearing them once.
