If everybody within the top 10 of each division went on strike, what would happen?

This would include champs as well. Let’s say they all pooled together for an increase in pay, how would Dana go about dealing with this shitshow?
Sideline them because their under contract, showcase new fighters and bet on the successes they've had with things like TUF and DWCS

Buy out a a organization. Cut everyone that went on strike.

I hope someone has said this. 11-20 would be top ten, and marketed. After a couple of fights we would forget the top 10 and buy into the hype. The previous top 10 would promote themselves on social media and some of the fans would simp over them (Sorry for using that word). Life goes on.

With the slave contract system, they'd just offer them fights and keep extending their contracts indefinitely. Starve them out. They can't go do anything else and are totally locked down. Slowly one by one they'd start coming back to feed their families.

Whenever a fighter they want is getting in a good position, they are all on top of it with every dirty tactic they can legally throw at them so they can lock them down again. At no time are there too many fighters in a good position to make a move like this. UFC has them by the balls and both sides know it until some corrupt politicians get greased the right price to even the playing field.

Sherdog would just carry on paying Dana anyone even with no PPV's because they love him so much, maybe a few would auction their kidneys off to make a bit more for him?

Oh, the things little commies dream about....

Eh? What does a hypothetical mass protest of (justifiably) unfair fighter pay actually have to do with communism? Are you insinuating paying fighters their actual worth = communism? Because honestly you sound kinda unhinged bringing something completely unrelated to the current thread unprovoked...

There's still a decent talent pool at BW, FW, LW, and WW. Everything else would be unwatchable.

There would be new top 10 within days...

You would have more cards that looked like the several that preceded UFC 267.

honestly that would be pretty dope we'd get kevin holland vs chirs weidman for the MW belt. Make it happen.

also cruz vs omalley for the vacant BW title

The UFC would replace them and the PR machine would make everyone think that the new fighters are the best ones like how the UFC got everyone (almost) to believe Jan was really the best 205er in the world.

Getting redder with each word...
"Man these fuckin goofs. Listen you guys this is an opportunity not a career. A strike? what do think this is Boeing? You want to go on strike go get a degree and a pension. This is the fight game. The train keeps rollin boys. This is what we are going to do, we are going to have a tournament for everyone #11 and under that wants to fight. Shake this thing up, it will be great. Every belt is fair game. If you are a fucking fighter this is where you want to be. Those schmucks werent shit anyways. No more questions ya fuckin goofs."

"They don't wanna fight.
<{danayeah}>
You know who does wanna fight though?
<31>
Sean O'Malley. And Paddy Pimblett. And Khamzat. Aren't they fucking awesome?!?!
<{danawhoah}>"
- Dana White, probably

The UFC would be in trouble.

Media partners are paying for UFC quality of content. ESPN would not be happy if event after event was...<FookIsThatGuy> You can bet your ass lawyers with injunctions on that deal would happen quickly. You don't go order a Bentley and a Kia shows up at your door.

When cards get moved from PPV to UFC's "free" media outlet through the years they don't do that out of the goodness of their heart. Their analytics are telling them it isn't going to sell very well. Sometimes its time zone issues, card quality, or a combination of both. So they go back to their media partner and negotiate a price for that event to be aired.

P.S.: Fighters have a lot more pull then they think. I'm guessing this is about a strike to unionize/fighters association or whatever is the purpose of this thread. Fighter routinely go months with out pay checks from the UFC. The UFC can't go months and months with out providing content and getting all that revenue from events. They'd burn through cash reserves quickly.

Dana would convince everyone that hey all sucked anyways and would promote his DWCS guys as the best in the business.
