So it is known DC and Cain won’t fight so if DC wins he vacates the belt for his boy Cain. This sets up the ultimate HW tournament ... my bracket

I love your bracket matchups and the idea in general... But it's much to entertaining for UFC to sign off on.

Only real issue with what you propose is with one of the alternates. The Warmaster is persona non grata in the organization.. plus USADA has him dead to rights yet agsin.. unfortunately we have most likely seen his last MMA about in American MMA.

But then no Cain Vs Werdum granted if he comes back and then no chances at glory for the other guys ... UFC could use a tourney it would spice it up plus bring that side of fighting to new fans who only watch UFC and know nothing but suspect match making this forces the issue of who actually is the best ( besides dc and jones who I believe would be in the finals at HW as well)

I get where your coming from. You have to understand that, for me, there aren't any combinations of fights you can make out of that group that I wouldn't love. I'd LOVE to see Cain vs Reem... It's a shame it hasnt happened already.

Werdum doesn't need to fight Cain again to have "glory", Cain should fight someone else and deserve it first, guy did nothing in the last 4 years while Werdum has been fighting legit guys back to back.. Agreed on the Werdum doesn’t need to fight Cain but it is a good match up that most people want to see and I think everyone agrees Cain had his worst performance in Mexico his fault but I think it is the best rematch with the expectation that Cain has not lost a step ... Struve is really on there to rematch Stipe for fun
