The two rules were meant to play off each other like an agreement all those years ago - lets agree not to do some harsh assed shit that counteracts each other.
That those were the barbaric days, and we now have watered down rules, yet eyepokes go unpunished, is ludicrous.

DC would probably get dqd, but at least he'd snap them ET Phone Home motherfuckers.
