you must think ppl who can afford 4 billion are stupid. Its called disclosure. Every nickle has to be accounted for before sale and any changes on the down low and dana is in breach and would be sued.

Depends on the language in the contract with said employee. Typically new owners have to honor all contacts unless the contracts have outs or are poorly written.

with that logic ufc would only have like a handful of fighters and can only put on couple shows a year (given all the injuries and mandatory medical time off)... and that ufc/zufffa would make sh*t. And definitely wont be able to pay those few fighters anything.
