If Cain were to retired today how he will be remembered?

If Ronda Rousey's husband was your last fight, would you say goodbye to yesterday?

As a cautionary tale about the dangers of over-training.

In my mind as greater than Fedor, a more modern, complete champ. He'd also go down as no where near GOAT status because of his durability. Imagine how much money his durability cost him. Couple that with his "Brown Pride" tattoo and the anti-SJW in me puts him right below Paul Buentello.

Good fighter but didnt prove much inside of USADA

The man who turned Brock into Brockaloo Shrimp and made him break dance across the Octagon and that may not be the legacy Cain deserves given that Cain is one of the greatest fighters of all time but it'll always be remembered.

Cain will be remembered to MMA like Ken Griffey Jr is to MLB (Major League Baseball)

A true talent who, if he had stayed healthy throughout his career, would've probably been the greatest baseball player(MMA fighter) of all time. That's how I look at cain,

Nobody mixes striking, wrestling, and cardio in the HW division better than Cain. Not even Stipe.

Among other things, as the man who lost the first fight on network television.

waste of potential, overrated fighter and never really that good, exposed by Werdum

Ill remember him for fighting the same two guys for a five year span - hence being way over hyped mostly by Joe "hyperboyle" Rogan

If most fighters had the career that Cain had it would be looked at as a massive success and something to celebrate
With Cain its looked at as a missed opportunity, shows how much pure talent this kid had before all the injuries
Noooo. Any fighter that just fights the same two guys in 5 years is a not a success. Not to mention him losing in that 5 year span. Any fighter that has that record really isn't that impressive. Especailly when you look at the two opponents too.

Yea any fighter that is a two time UFC champion isnt that impressive and definitely not a success
He should be ashamed that he threw his life away like that

If you follow the UFC you'd know having a belt really doesn't mean that much. It's just who the UFC wants to give the opportunity to.

Oooooh thats where the mistake was made
I didnt realize I had to follow the UFC to understand his value as a fighter, silly me

One of the great heavyweights but one who's career was cut short by injury.

The Ronaldo of MMA

The biggest waste of potential in HW history. He should have let himself be stripped rather than face JDS coming off injury and dialed back the training methods. I understand his methods got him to a championship but when he came back from an injury he looked like a shell of his former self every time.
