Social ICE just shot two people in Portland

Rights don't actually exist. They're not a material thing you can objectively apply. They are ideas in which we collectively agree "exist" or "apply" between each other. That is immediately removed when the use of force is used. Your rights aren't going to protect you from someone shooting you. Force is the first line crossed when it comes to coercion or compliance. That's why the founding fathers were big on the 2nd amendment. It's to curtail force used against a person.

Glad you now realize why it exists
So when they wrote the bill of RIGHTS and put the words right/rights in the constitution 15 times they didn’t actually believe they existed?

They knew they didnt actually exist and force is the only form of control one can have. So having the ability to apply force is essential for keeping these "rights" around.

Tell me how well the revolutionary war would have gone without the use of force. They could have just told the British they had rights <lmao>

According to Vico, busy republics often decay into empires. The track record of US policy around the world certainly indicates the busyness. I don’t know if I’d classify the U.S. as a traditional lawless and despotic empire yet. But at the minimum, the country seems to be transitioning into a Police State akin to Belarus or Jordan.

wait did i already respond to this yet? lol i can't remember. bro hit the greentext >genocide and then literally defined genocide in the next line. you can't make this shit up.
No, they didn't.

You don't understand what genocide means. Not surprised from a sherdogger.

"they told them to fuck off or get shot"
yes, after they traded for it

You see, you 73 IQ mongoloid, if you buy a house, the people living there before you bought it are expected to move out. It's not longer their home.

Genocide is intentionally trying to remove or kill an entire group of people. That never happened. The Natives tried to go to war with the settlers and lost bigly.

Glad I could come up with a situation you'll never be able to achieve but hopefully you'll understand and put a bow on this discussion.

Use of force to protect those rights that don’t exist?
