So when they wrote the bill of RIGHTS and put the words right/rights in the constitution 15 times they didn’t actually believe they existed?Rights don't actually exist. They're not a material thing you can objectively apply. They are ideas in which we collectively agree "exist" or "apply" between each other. That is immediately removed when the use of force is used. Your rights aren't going to protect you from someone shooting you. Force is the first line crossed when it comes to coercion or compliance. That's why the founding fathers were big on the 2nd amendment. It's to curtail force used against a person.
