Alright guise im having a really annoying issue that has persisted for quite some time now. I have the worst bowel movements ever! They are frequent, sloppy and seldom do i ever drop a solid log. In a day i will have like 4-6 sessions but if i really wanted to i could limit it by holding it in which is just painful. I went to the bathroom like an hour ago and i already feel like i need to go again. This would seem like an easy issue to solve but im doing everything to solve this but to no avail. So far i have switched my whey concentrate for whey isolate, drastically reduced if not eliminated most dairy, try to get way more fiber in (brocolli, apples, psylium ect) I have no idea what to do. I am terribly afraid of eating anything with a watery consistency because it may shoot out of my ass high velocity style. The only thing that i can think of is IBS considering how much my diet has been cleaned up but last night i had some reduced fat Parmesan on my pasta and my stomach has been going nuts ever since. Somebody find me a old priest and a young priest and help me exorcise this demon out of my ass!

But no srs what the hell is going on. Any information would be greatly appreciated because my angus is about to fall off.

I should mention that these are sizable movements too. They may be pellets but i literally fill the bowl every time. I have no idea how its even physically possible.

Physical pain?
Does it evacuate easily or are you pushing it?
Does it float, are there recognizable food bits, partially digested?

Evacuates easily, can be held in easily, sinks to the bottom and it seems completely digested with no noticeable food bits.

How much fat are you getting in your diet?
Are you gluten sensitive?
Are you eating way too much fiber?

And no pain?
You probably have a mild food allergy or it's completely transitory.

I get roughly 80-90 grams a day.
Not that im aware of
What is too much fiber? I actually have no idea.

Your body doesn't need more than 30-40g a day really. If you're consuming lets say 60g, or if you have collitis, crohns, or lacking digestive enzymes, you can be on the shitter a lot.

Cut out anything that you could be allergic to dairy(including whey), grains, sugar, nuts etc. If your stomach settles down slowly add them back in one at a time and see which one starts off your issues again.

Also go to a doctor it could be Crohns or Colitis(which I have) the earlier you catch them the less damage they do to your body before you start medication also as Badger67 says if you have these issues fibre can be like taking a cheese grater to your colon.

Get checked out for everything

But if it's IBS, ignore it because that shit can fuck you up mentally from what I've read with other people who believe they've got it.

Take a closer look at your diet. You need adequate amounts of both potassium, and magnesium for healthy bowels. Also consider picking up a decent probiotic, and drinking enough water, and getting less salt.

Having had what I thought was IBS and then diagnosed as IBS, which believe it or not was stress related. I can only say the symptoms do not sound like what I had.

My symptoms revolved round a feeling of like someone had reached inside and started twisting my internal digestive organs, followed by a bowel movement that had a strange jelly like substance covering it.

Could be a lot of things. If it the onset was fairly acute (e.g. everything changed in a week or two) it could also be an infection like H. Pylori. Go see a doctor and get some tests done.
