Ian Garry is the BEST fighter in the UFC right now. easy work for him. Neal used to be good, but ever since he got sick and almost died and stuff, he's been looking bloated and mentally done.

Fantastic match making

both are actually really really good

winner is right there

like that garry is getting a big step up and we’ll see if he passes or not

Neal took some insane damage against Shavkat. The type that derails and ends primes. Im still picking him to win by KO and if hes in the same form as he was against Shavkat and Luque I think he will.

Not much reason to root for that outcome unless you really hate Garry, Garry has top 5 potential and Neal has already peaked out.

Better for the UFC and the division for Garry to keep passing increasingly more difficult challenges, Neal winning give us nothing since he's not going anywhere as a contender.

Yeah I dislike Garry for posting a pic of Song Kenan's beat up face bragging about his win

I cant believe the comments here. Its like 80% on the NEAL train.....he is a beast and has great boxing but ian garry is a different level. If you dont know now then you will very soon.

Ian garry is a real fighter boys. You all should go watch more of his fights. A next generation type fighter. I think he will struggle against the cream of the crop but could piece them all up. A few more years of wrestling practice and he holds the gold gauranteed boys

Neal actually caused Shavkat to feel this strange situation that some refer to as pain.

Fair play to Ian for stepping up and I think he has a good shot at getting the W here but even if he beats Geoff, he's gonna get mauled by everybody else in the top 10. Can you imagine him vs Khamzat? Even RDA would probably give him a really tough fight with the grappling IMO.

Garry's grappling is most definitely underrated, I've watched plenty of him in Cage Warriors, but still not good enough to compete with the top dogs.

The only one “mentally done” is you troll.

I meant like not intimidating. Looks like someone i could beat up. Imagine seeing them in public acting passive
Gsp has the body of a Greek God. Ppl don't look at him thinking they can just beat him up. He just happens to have a nice personality

It's gonna be fun mmath with shavkat when/if garry makes it looks easy.

There are a bunch of 170 fights I'm looking forward to. Any combo of Maddalena, garry, shavkat, Khamzat. I'm probably forgetting someone. Damn just have them all fight each other for the next few years. I'd love any of them v edwards

I'm liking a lot of the matchups lately. not sure if it's right but seems a lot of prospects are getting steps up in the last however many months and name vets are taking the fights. One generation is starting to be used for the new generation. Always an exciting time to see who will step up

And another one!

Ian Machado Garry vs Geoff Neal – Brash-but-talented, the undefeated Irishman Ian Machado Garry made the biggest statement of his UFC career by blowing away Daniel Rodriguez in impressive fashion! I believe Garry called out Neil Magny, but with Magny engaged, how about giving Garry another dangerous opponent in Geoff Neal? Neal is 2-3 in his last 5, and lost to Wonderboy and Magny during that period – he's got lethal power, but perhaps isn't as polished as Garry, and looks like an ideal next step to me!

Nobody makes it look easy against Neal, even if they beat him. Garry is very hittable, and Neal hits like a truck. He may win, but it won't be easy.
