Alex was angling for a HW fight with Jones at the WH. He has also been angling for a 3rd title despite being 1-1 with Ank. Gane still hasn't gotten any repercussions for his eye gouging and is expecting another free title shot. Jon has appologized for his forcing the UFC to strip him despite stringing them along all the time jerking everyone around only to pull another 180 weeks after his "Retirement" but still hasn't faced any repercussions. So I thought of a great idea:

Book Tom vs Pereira for the HW title. Book Cyril vs Jon for the #1 contender. Winners fight at the WH.

Cyril gets the chance to show if he is really a top fighter and has to earn a title shot. Jon gets the chance to show the UFC he is a) reliable b) willing to fight to get his Dream c) prove he is going to show up by signing a contract to fight at the WH with all terms set for either Tom or Alex.

Tom gets rewarded with a fight against Alex and the chance for the Big Money Fight at the WH against Jon. UFC gets rewarded with getting 2 fights out of Jon. Alex gets what he wants in a title fight at HW and can defend the LHW belt if he loses or win and get Jon. The UFC gets the added bonus of getting to punish a fighter for Fucking Up a title fight. They have proven with Arman that they will punish you for messing up a main event so why shouldn't Gane get the same treatment? He caused a main event to be scrapped before it really got started. Its a win for everyone even Gane. He gets the chance to redeem himself. Maybe he can win an eye poking contest with Jon?

Personally I would love to see Gane get smashed. In fact I would even love to see him get an eye poke from the master. Like when the Original Serial Killer punished a Copycat that uses their signature in Movies and TV. Make Gane try to earn a shot and give Jon a task he must complete to deserve a title fight. Make them both be Co Main to check their ego's.
