I wanna fight conor mcgregor!

You know Conor has spent more of his career at LW than he has at FW, right?
yeah but they were not ufc champs, fighters let alone and former contenders or highly touted fighters at all.

Well done Frode.

A couple of questions:

1) You look like you have good checks - is that one of your strengths?

2) How come that one leg kick hurt him so much. Hit in the right spot or prior damage...or just very hard?

Thanks man.

1) i would say so. I am a very strong kicker. Even if i did not get the chance to show it in this fight. Being a good kicker, also make my kick defense solid.

2) without sounding cocky.. Not many can take my right kick clean. Gameplan was to mostly box in the first round. Making the guy think that i did not have any dangerous kicks. But he kept circeling to my right. So i landed one deep lowkick. I felt it go deep. So i just waited to the next opening.

And sure enough. The thai tried a headkick. I blocked it and as he started moving to my right, i could throw a full power deep lowkick.

End of fight.

I wanna fight Frode Falch!!!!

Just kidding. Those are some sweet kicks you were throwing in that vid Frode. Any other martial arts you have done?

Karate, kung fu, capoeira, krav maga, mma, kali sikaran, jeet kune do, BJJ, and krabi krabong

I don't even fight but I'd take that payday/knockout.

You know Conor has spent more of his career at LW than he has at FW, right? He KO's those guys just as easily, too. Conor's size is not why he's winning fights. Size doesn't mean anything if you don't know how to use it to your advantage, and some of the guys he fought at FW weren't even that much smaller than him.

Conor's plan when being signed to the UFC has remained the same - he went to FW to take that belt and then go back to LW and take that belt. He's doing the same exact thing in the UFC that he did in Cage Warriors.

Conor won the Cage Warriors FW belt, and then immediately went BACK to LW after already having 11 fights there beforehand and took that belt too. He's trying to do the same thing in the UFC, plus more because he also wants to fight for the WW belt. For you or anybody for that matter to say that Conor only wants to fight smaller opponents is fucking ridiculous because he has plans to go to 170 and fight for that belt, too.

If you guys seriously can't see what his plan was by taking the FW and LW belt, with the possibility of also fighting for the WW belt, you're slow. He didn't go to 145 simply because they're smaller, it's because he wanted to take that belt because 145-170 are the divisions he can put his body through. He can't fight any lower than 145 and fighting any higher than 170 would be career suicide.

He wants 2 UFC belts, possibly 3, to be rich as fuck and go down as the greatest of all time. If you were capable of doing the same thing as him, you would go for it, too. The guy is doing more for this sport than every other fighter combined, he works harder than all of them. He isn't trying to just fight smaller opponents, he's already setting up fights against guys bigger than him for fuck's sake.

Can somebody please tell me why so many MMA fans are this intellectually disabled? I would seriously like to know.
Good on him if he can do it. The ufc is not cage warriors. See you made some points until you started chirping off about people being disabled. That turns it from an adult conversation into bullshit. So good for you for joining the disabled ranks in a big way.

Waaa. I dont agree with you so Im going to call you names. What a child.

Damn son why arent you in the UFC/Bellator/Rizin?

Funny (or Sad) part is that even if i have been a pure martial artists since the late 90s.. Only the last few years i am starting to regret not trying to reach far in the sport like k1 or mma.

Now i am to old to really try to go for anything big.

Just turned 37 in january

37 isnt too old for mma brah. Couture started when he was about that age.

How long do you think you could last?
I think I would last longer than Aldo or Mendes did. I'm in shape and a high level wrestler, brown belt in BJJ. He wouldn't defend my takedown and I am confident I could sub him and if not I could hold him down. I also wouldn't dive into a left hook. Would be like Couture and Toney.

Sure. But he had a wrestling base. I know just enough grappling to toy with people without any knowledge on the ground.

Any mma fighter would taste my kick and then take me down. Easy wrestle fuck victory for any skilled mma fighter.

Cool, interesting. So basically you caught him when he wasn't fully tensed - kicked through to the bone?

One of those checks looked like it really hurt him as well.

Longer than Mendes?? So you think you are a better wrestler than Mendes!?

Better wrestler/grappler than Conor?!?

Yeah a low kick is not just a low kick. I have like maybe 12 different variations only on the out side right low kick.

Different angle, how much hip, jump, step, ect..

I want Conor in a street fight.

aha..well if your going to travel and all, i would feel more comfortable giving you good sparring after ive started doing some muay thai and get some sparring in ^^, Its been a while.

but before this summer, for sure! Would be cool. I like that you have a good variety in martial arts, and not just a muay thai fighter or kickboxer.

Do you live in oslo?
