A swedish citizen does not need a visa to enter the states, but you need to fill ESTA and you are not getting it with a criminal record. Also Khamzat probably has a dual citizenship.

They can't get employment and stuff with the process in place I think. I know he's an independant contractor with the UFC but maybe this is why he can't go through the VISA less process.

And the US can be sticklers when it comes to VISAs. Add a few appearances with Kadyrov, I see why there might be a hold up. Or at least, the process is too long for it to coincide with a fight actually happening often enough.

I think he has some visa issues. He always had them and it doesn't make things easier now that he is going on vacation with a certain political figure's son.

Paulo spilled the beans on a podcast too. Apparently Abu Dhabi has some sort of deal with UFC and they request Khamzat's star power for the event there. That should be the next fight and Paulo doesn't like to sit out for so long but he has to wait for it.

Khamzat is the most overrated fighter in the history of MMA besides Chris Weidman.

Also, we haven't seen Khamzat lose so its not really accurate to say he's overrated as of yet.
