Saying Dana doesn’t want stars is like saying Jack Dawson doesn’t like the taste of salt water

And how did Chris Weidman win the title Sir? Oops that's right, by a fluke win.Only thing wrong with that theory is Chris won the title.
Guys who are overrated don't usually accomplish things like that sir.
Also, we haven't seen Khamzat lose so its not really accurate to say he's overrated as of yet.
That ought to put him on the bottom for sureHe'd chip some iceberg into that and pour 3 fingers of whiskey, with 3 shots of seawater for a chaser lol.
Facts
And how did Chris Weidman win the title Sir? Oops that's right, by a fluke win.
In fact Chris Weidman is the only fighter in the history of MMA to have not one but TWO Fluke wins.
Chris Weidman was overrated as hell because of two fluke wins.
The Weidman fans were too impressed with two fluke wins.
Because his MMA career was taken away from him by a jealous bald fatassApparently he’s doing Islamic crypto tokens now.
Omg really? That’s all you got ?So what are you?
You an elite fighter?
An athlete?
And here is why
1. He is exciting and brings spectacle, almost like a much much much more talented, marginally less stupid version of Mike Perry. You would think that this would be something that Dana and co would want, but it's the opposite. In the past few years Dana has done everything in his power to make the UFC bland and boring, signing dozens of chuds from DWCS and holding every other card at the apex. The reason is because he doesn't want anyone else to be a star because he's an insufferable attention whore who doesn't like anyone else getting clicks but him.
2. Khamzat is very talented. He could win the 170 and 185 belt on consecutive nights. Dana knows this, and knows that having one guy style on two divisions would make the UFC look bad. He's especially worried about his DWCS cans.
In essence: Khamzat will never fight again because it would make the UFC look uncompetitive. As far as the WME brass is concerned he's too good at fighting to ever be allowed to fight.
3. Dana and WME don't like paying people. They prefer to keep operating costs low. That's why Jones wasn't allowed to fight for three years: they didn't want to open their wallets. If Khamzat turned into a PPV draw, it would force them to pay him more than 40/40. Less PPV's = less justification for paying fighters.
4. Dana wants to send a message to the fans that the old days are over. No more big PPV'S, no more stars, no more crossover into mainstream. More and more fights will be at the apex, less and less fighters will have Wikipedia pages. Khamzat is his way to make a brutal example to prove a point and cow fans into submission.
It don't matter how you twist and turn it.......Sir. It will always be known Weidman became champ by a fluke win.Say what you will sir but Anderson got knocked out, whether clowning was the reason or not.
Second time Chris made the adjustments to check the leg kick, that's also not done by accident.
