I see no size advantage whatsoever for Jan

So you dont think having a more massive, bone dense, muscled (albiet small.muscles) head along with a neck also proportionally bigger has any impact?

You think its just coincidence that a guy like Hunt who basically had a county fait award winning pumpkin for a head also had one of the p4p greatest jaws ever? I think there is some actual science behind the types of factors that make some people less prone to knock outs.

Also, implying something is absurd because of bro science... is absurd. The history of exercise science consisted of a lot of "bro science" that proved to be correct.
I think your skull and neck structure has something to do with it, but I suspect it's mostly just how your brain is wired. Golovkin dosen't really look particularly tough but he can take a overhand from hell and barely even blink.

Also I wonder how bone density effects punching power, I suspect a guy with stupid dense knuckles will naturally punch hard.

Jan has a distinct weight advantage, not a height nor overall size advantage.
Being lighter is an advantage if you intend on using speed and timing and out striking your opponent using reach.
The weight difference itself is not going to be a defining factor unless Jan gets top position or uses lots of dominant clinch, even if Jan lands heavy in the standup and gets the better of Adesanya it is no different to if that had have happened versus Costa.
Do people really think Jan walks around 20 lbs heavier than Costa? I would guess in the cage there is maybe 5-10lbs difference max
Doesn't really matter, Costa is not 230lb come fight time, Jan is. Jan has more density in his frame than Costa, Costa is full of suspect muscle. Jan is much wider in the shoulders with a bigger core, waist. He is naturally the bigger man, plain and simple.

Do I think it will make a difference ? I don't know but one guy is clearly bigger than the other.

No, I think it does have an impact. Just not a huge one worth talking about when discussing whether someone belongs to the same weight class as another or not. Neck is also a different subject.

Of course there is a difference, but Jan is no Hunt and Izzy has shown to have a good chin. So there isn't much speculation needed for how good their chins are based on their skulls, because there is actual footage of them getting struck by heavy hitters. And the structure of the skull is only one factor of the ability to take a punch. So it's better to focus on actual testing and results, than one singled out factor.

I didn't imply it's absurd. I literally told you that it's not a problem that it is bro science. I liked it because it's funny. Sure there is some absurdity to it, because being a warrior or a wimp has not much to do with the shape of your head. It's more a mentality and a skill thing, than that it's determined by a predispositioned physical attribute. But there is also some truth to which is better if you were to be a warrior, so it's not all absurd. Just not really relevant truth to the discussion I was having, as explained above.
