In 2015 Fedor fought Jaideep Singh who had 2 fights in MMA, and now has a record of 2- 2 lol. Also in 2016 Fedor turn down fights against the reigning KSW HW champion Karl Bedorf

and recent grand prix HW winner Oli Thompson, to fight LHW Fabio Maldonado, who hasn't won a fight in 2 years lol. Fabio is also 0 -1 at HW.

why did fedor turn it down?

At the time he was almost 10 years undefeated, and was negotiating as equals with Zuffa, neither side giving many concessions. He was also promoting his own Russian MMA show called M-1, and wanted his fights in the UFC to be co-promotions between the two entities. Obviously Zuffa wasn't going for that shit, and negotiations stalled out.
