Anyone know any good hip stretches? I need more rotation from my hips to generate more power for kicks and it doesn't seem like the splits are helping me in that department.
If you are having problem kicking you may well not be doing enough dynamic stretching, i also suggest doing pnf stretches for your adductors, abductors, glutes and hamstrings.
Your best solution is to buy a copy of stretching scientifically by thomas kurz, this will answer every question you have and tell you a lot more as well that you probably never knew you wanted to know.
