I hae a physical agility test June 30 for a job and I am never going to pass it. 1.5 miles in like 13 mins. A 300 meter sprint. Push ups and situps (which I am fine for) and a vertical leap. I started on the treadmill but am NO WHERE near the pace I need to be. I am doing jump squats with weights for the vertical leap and reps for the puh/sit ups. But I need to get my 1.5 mile and 300 meter up to snuff by June 30 and I don't know how. I do know, that it can be done with the help of you fone cpnditioned athletes...

Is that for the police? jeez, for the police in our country you only need to score 5 on a bleep test and dynamic puch/pull 35kg
yeah for police Oh and a 75 yard pursuit run. Its a somewhat elite agency, which is the only one I am applying to or it is a complete waste of my law degree and bar admission.
