I had it 3 or 4 times in my 20s. I was working 60 hours a week m-f and then doing another 12 hours on the weekend. I was averaging 5 hours of sleep per night and my diet was shit...

Take your valtrex, get on a regular sleep schedule and eat a healthy diet and you'll get straight good in a few weeks.

Then maintain that shit or it'll keep coming back.

My doctor was an idiot and told me I had hsv2 the first time around...this was early internet so there weren't many resources. I thought I had it and called 2 girls that I had slept and confronted them. Both got tested and showed me the results.
