I have shingles for the third time

I think you're wrong. It's a form of herpes that can come back anytime.
that was my understanding but I know little about that stuff. I did have a manager i worked for who had an outbreak when she was super stressed with her boyfriend.

Condolences on your massive and major herpes outbreak

Isn't there a vaccine?

Do you have HIV or something? Or work a bunch of different shifts times? Do you eat vegetables?
There is a vaccine but they only give it to people over 50 years old.

And no, I don't have HIV.

I have a stressful job and I never get enough sleep. The sleep thing is especially bad. I really need to fix that.

The lack of sleep is really messing with ya. Swift recovery sherbro.

I had shingles for who knows how many years after getting chicken pox in college, and it was in the same places each time it'd come back. Haven't had it in a very long time until I got the first flu shot in ages during the COVID era. It would come back multiple times per year and stay for at least a few months each time and produce a small rash in the same area and once spread horizontally across a bit. I noticed it wasn't developing as much of a rash and not coming back anywhere as strong only after I started using Dove soap on the area. No idea if it was Dove soap or if my system eventually built resistance. The Dove soap was one of the things listed in the dermatologist's generic recommendation shopping list.

I now specifically ask for the flu shot not made of eggs: Flublok.

I think it's the dormant chickenpox or measles virus coming back?

Sorry to hear mate. My missus has it. It was like a big, blistered rash that went from under her tit to her back. It hurt her and made her ill. I didn't poke fun. I felt for her.

All the best.

If I don't get enough sleep, I don't feel safe to drive and the brain feels foggy and sometimes will feel like I need to shut everything down ASAP because I need to lie down very soon. Sometimes I'd be watching a baseball game on TV and have to doze off in the chair.

Correct. Shingles and chicken pox are the same virus. I had the pox twice as a child and shingles once when I was 20.

You've been putting your pee pee in unclean places again, haven't you mister?!?

Bros, can you do me a favor?

If you ever go to Wuhan and find the lab where the Chinese invented shingles, can you please go inside and kick everyone's ass?

This shit is fucking brutal.

Ask your doctor for opioids

May as well experiment and try to come up with a cure for future mankind. See what happens with semen on the shingles. Mayonaisse, mustard, fruit punch, chocolate icing.

Shingles, known historically as herpes zoster, has been recognized since antiquity, with clinical descriptions dating back to ancient times. The term "herpes zoster" was first used by the Roman encyclopedist Aulus Cornelius Celsus around 25 BC to 50 AD, describing the characteristic belt-like rash. The word "shingles" itself derives from the medieval Latin word "cingulus," meaning "girdle," referring to the lesions often found around the waist. While the disease was known for centuries, it was historically confused with other blistering conditions like smallpox, ergotism, and erysipelas. It wasn't until the late 18th century that William Heberden successfully distinguished shingles from smallpox, and in the 19th century, it was differentiated from erysipelas. The understanding of shingles evolved significantly in the 20th century, culminating in the identification of the varicella-zoster virus (VZV) as the cause of both.

Its the horrible sore on your lip, but on your whole body.
The Chinese had nothing to do with this for once!
