I have Mike Tyson-esque legs

The hamstring is the bicep of the leg

The quad is the tricep

In terms of functionality those are the closest analogues

Well, I mean, technically, the largest muscle in the arm is the Tricep, so....

Quads similar tricep-push
Hams similar bicep-pull
Calves similar to forearm

Most lifters/athletes work legs regularly are quad dominant or more developed in quads than hamstrings.
Better to be more balanced or more proportionate, (not just aesthetically) but makes you stronger & prevents injuries in any muscle group/pair.
So many injuries in training & sports are direct result/consequence of muscle imbalances.

Thick quads and small calves. What do you guys think about that? Calves are overrated?

I’m kinda like that two, had huge upper legs, quads and strings but not very big calves. They fucking wouldn’t grow big. Worked them hard as fuck would just get stronger and stronger but never got “built”
