I dont know if the situation has been solved (not gonna read 7 pages). But they live in wood. Any wooden dressers or cabinets you have are likely infected too


If you have bites all up your arm. I think you have a severe problem and should shell out the money.

Make sure you check reviews and chose the best pest control company possible

My Dad has bed bugs. My sister's a homeless drug addict, and one night he let her stay at his place because it was cold outside. And his kindness was repaid with bed bugs.

He's paid the exterminator 2k to do the heat treatment several times but they always come back.

I told him he needs to pull up all the carpet, get rid of all the infested furniture, and also get rid of all the clutter, and do another heat treatment, but he hasn't been willing to do all that yet.

I feel bad for him, because I can tell it's severely impacting his life. He won't let anyone come for a visit, and when he sees family, he won't let anyone hug him or anything because he's paranoid about spreading it.

But as bad as I feel for him, at the same time I can't fix the problem for him if he's not willing to get rid of his shit.

Yea it's all good man it was actually a rather small isolated problem confined to my bed room.

We got an exterminator and he sprayed up the place and sure enough they were gone the next day. No bites ever since.

I've also bought a metal framed bed and threw out the old one. I also took all my clothes and washed the shit out of them and super heated them in the dryers at the laundromat.
 
If you smell of alcohol they won't touch you, it's like poison to them or something, I tested it once in a dirty cheap hostel I was staying that had them lol, and it worked. So get shitfaced drunk before bed in case of bedbugs, profit.
 
Dude, you can find bed bugs. I've gotten bed bugs 3 times (all in hostels, out of the maybe 200 different ones I've stayed at). I've never gotten them in my clothes or in my house.

They like to hide in the lining of the mattresses, pick up your mattress and search in there...check the sheets and all the linings. They're fucking difficult to kill though.

Bed bugs aren't a 'poor' only problem. Everyone has mostly the same rate of getting bedbugs. I think the increased amount of travelling has something to do with bedbugs getting out of control.
 
Burn your house down now.

It probably won't work but it's your only shot.

I tried Diatomaceuas Earth on a flea problem once and it did not work at all. I had high hopes but I did not see results.
