I don't have it but I have had several colleagues that would get it. They all had several hospital visits as well saying it was extremely painful so don't feel embarassed about going.

No I don't drink a lot, I just eat a lot of sugary stuff and I think that's one of the biggest reasons. As well as eating a lot of red meat and seafood.

I don't drink that much anymore and wont drink anymore at all until i get uric acid levels down. I'm 46.

You should ask your doctor to prescribe Wegovy if you are Pre Diabetic, and if you are Diabetic ask about Ozempic. Both help weight loss. Just depends where your A1C is at.

I cant speak for Ozempic. I take Wegovy for my A1C so i never get Diabetes. But i never got any major side effects. Every so often i got some mild nausea, but my doctor prescribed a med for it. Zofran.
