I finally purchased the 5/8 heavy chain!

Like the title stated. i found 20 ft of 5/8 chain for $100.00!!!!! i cut them up inton (4) 5 feet lengths and purchased the additional (4) 1/4 support chains like westside said, however, i like their routine but i would like more than the dynamic and maximal days they prescribe. Are there other routines i can use for my bench. dead, and squat. You know; rep, set, and volume schemes. Any info would be appreciated!!

 

where did you get the chains?

 

hmmm. I used to work at a True Value. We cut chains to length, and sell it by the foot. Try there.

 

i got it from an oil drilling place. They couldn't beleive that someone wanted an old rusty chain like that. Of course they asked me why. So, i told them why i wanted the chains and the principle behind them, they just scratched their head and chuckled.
