Just make conor miss and chase for 1-2 rounds or get him on his back like mendes and fight is Frankies when conor is gassed. Easier said than done though. fight is 70/30 conor imo.
 
Frankiie Edgar is a sucker for that uppercut...we've seen him get tagged by fighters with lesser power than Conor..McGregor beats him up like a cartoon unless Edgar straight out takes him down which is unlikely cause he believes his boxing superior.

If they end up fighting we shall finally see. Although it doesn't bode too well for Conor since he looked as lost as James Toney did when he was on the ground.
 
Frankie is actually used to being the smaller guy in there. He's quick, he moves a lot, he's durable, good conditioning, he can take him down.. I actually favour Frankie over Conor!

The funny thing is that if he loses to Frankie, what is he gonna say? He lost to Nate apparently because Nate is bigger.. What will be the next excuse?

Dude have you seen a Edgar fight ? He control bigger guys his whole career.

Frankie can give him problems but Conor takes it.
 
Wrestling/being a wrestler is the biggest key to overcoming reach.

I'll laugh if Frankie TKO's Conor, my new Avy will have been made.
 
I can't wait for the fight. Will be interesting with everyone counting Conor out for once as opposed to the opposite.

Edgar will have the gas tank to take the fight to Conor, plus a strong chin. Tha blood is in the water.

its def nothing new but this conor hype / derailment was prob the biggest in history - i dont think the change will ever be this big again

fedor was prob the other biggest one ever - people who want to root for the invincible guy went nuts for years, laughing at anyone who even pretended another fighter could possibly win
 
Like other posters have said, if frankie can avoid getting put out early he can take over in championship rounds and finish mcgregor late.

Give over with 'no longer in the UFC'. You act like he got old and turned into a can. Bendo right now is still a top 5 LW, and has only convincingly lost to RDA.
 
Frankie has the best movement in FW and possibly LW. He throws more than 1 punch at a time and has stupid recovery when tagged. Plus how will Conor react to the constant "Cmon FRANKIE!!!!" coming out of Edgar's wife? Its very distracting and a secret weapon.
 
Really? You don't see how a top tier former lw champ, who's strength is wrestling and who's never been ko'd, might present some problems for a guy who's primarily a striker with limited grappling ability? Really?

Edgar's record speaks for itself. Anyone who can beat BJ Penn three times has a good chance of beating Conor
