@Clementine finally picked a fight right. Whittaker/Dricus. There’s been a few fights I thought were 99% locks. And every once in a while I’m reminded there are no sure things in this crazy sport.

But I’m still doing WAY better at the picks Kate, and @Sixstring have made. And I’ve let her off the hook before. Like the time that silly girl bet with me and picked Aldana to whoop Amanda.

Enough with the senseless immediate rematches… Moreno is already 0-3 against Pantoja and completely stopped fighting in that 5th round. He’s already accepted that Pantoja is his superior.

How is he his superior when Moreno clearly out struck him with a broken hand. Pantoja won the fight thank to his grappling and his control time. He won no discussion about it, but you make it seem like it was a one sided beat down. It wasn't at all. Moreno blew it in the 5th yes but the fight as a whole was highly contested

Unless Dana starts stripping champions who win robberies, they shouldn't be booking around bad decisions of contenders as if they won.

The UFC has enough power as is, they shouldn't also be allowed the precedent to book any loser as if they won just cuz Dana thinks so. Imagine how that gets used

Moreno put up a good fight but he accepted his fate in the end… no urgency and didn’t even bother trying to get out of the backpack, he just wanted to survive to the bell.

Pantojas got 3 wins over the guy and all in MMA, not like the Izzy/Alex situation. I hope Moreno has to fight another #1 contender fight before getting another shot.

Btw.. I’m not sure how many of you remember.

Figgy vs Moreno ends up in a draw because Figgy was deducted a point for trying to literally break Moreno’s balls.

So, yeah that’s an instant rematch. Moreno finished Figgy by sub in three. Moreno was actually scheduled to defend against Pantoja. And 100% I would have taken Pantoja to win at that time. But he got injured. So the UFC made the trilogy with Figgy.

Figgy wins that fight.. So guess what came next?

Well, actually Figgy got hurt. So Morena fights KKF for an interim belt. Moreno beat KKF. And next comes the quadrilogy.

There are world class rock bands I’ve seen up to 10 times. Blue Oyster Cult was scheduled here a few months ago, to take place this summer at an outdoor festival. I have literally seen that band 10 times in two different countries. And imo, they have the NUMBER 1 song in the history of Rock and Roll. I’ve met them several times. And have some awesome swag signed by the band (my favourite piece. A fender signed by the whole band in 1996. And not the pick guard. Right on the body of the guitar).

There were wild fires here in Alberta. So the thing was cancelled.

Very different given the amount of time passed between their 2 earlier fight and the current situation. Plus 1 was in TUF so not exactly on the same level. Officially he is 2-0 with the previous fight 5 years prior.

That being said, I would be okay if Moreno didn't get a rematch.

the first fight is like 8 years ago. Ancient history. Plus it was only 2 rounds because that's how TUF works. t's not as relevant as people make it to be.

I don't need to see Moreno fight the same guys over and over. That would be 4 times fighting Figueiredo and then 4 times fighting Pantoja. I know he's popular but he needs to earn some wins. He wasn't a dominant champion.
