Had the opportunity to buy some goat meat, relatively cheap / free
So I figured I’d go in
Been scared of it every step of the way tho, ngl
But I’ve been kinda pleasantly surprised
Needs some adjustments tho, I think the way I’m preparing it still needs work, so I’m gonna take the Indian tip lol
