Presidents aren't allowed too know that we have been visited for millions of years from other star systems, its too dangerous to tell them because they are only in for 4 year terms or sometimes 8 years MAX, so none of them are of much interest, they have no clue whats going on. The real people that run the country you will never ever see their face or know their name, its so deep and complex.
