Throwing seems like good fun. I've been watching Matt Vincent on YouTube, who's a world champion Highland games athlete, which involves a ton of throwing. He seems to train mostly train the power lifts and Olympic lifts and then throw on different days.
I was hoping the OP was going to have that weird bouncing bench press on haha
Very cool to see them work on their extension and twists/turns. Also the jump training and plyometric work they did seemed great. You don't need a lot to do a lot with.
