8 times a day and then lifting weights for 6 hours, it's simple!

In general you look at the shoulders and traps. You can't build that 3d delt quickly without help. It doesn't matter how good your diet is or how hard you train. It is one of those body parts that takes time to build. He did all of that within a span of 2-3 years. He didn't even know how to warmup for working out by the time he was in his 30s. It is safe to say he is somewhat of a noob in his 30s.

It's movies though. They have makeup artists and angles to help. This is him now. If he shows up swole for the deadpool movie then he is faking the funk. I don't care who you are. You aren't building muscle quickly in your mid 50s

I think he's already said that they're going to use a lot of CGI for his body because he knows he can't get into that kind of shape. He'll get into the best shape he can and then they'll polish him up digitally. They did the same with Hemsworth in the last Thor for the flick scene. He's big and cut but not that damn big and cut

I do think people don't realize that either, it's a movie. There are people who's entire jobs is to make him look the best he can with lighting, makeup, camera angles, lenses, everything.

Compare his physique with Arnold for example who took roids. Huge difference.

LOL this is from the article. LMFAO at Hugh Jackman's first attempt at "Wolverine" being him sniffing around on the floor on hands and knees, sniffing people's butts and howling at the moon.

Jackman also admitted that when he first accepted the role, he didn’t know wolverines were real and instead took to studying wolves.

“I had never read the comic book,” he explained. “In Australia, we don’t have wolverines. I didn’t know that was a real animal. I’d never heard of a wolverine. I thought it was a made-up animal.”

He watched a documentary about wolves — because, “obviously,” he thought he was a wolf.

“So I went [to set] with all these wolf moves and I was doing these moves, and the director said, ‘What are you doing?’ And I said, ‘Well, I was just thinking wolves are always looking like this because they’re actually smelling, they’ve got their nose to the ground. That’s why they’re looking like this all the time.’ And he goes, ‘What do you mean a wolf?’ And I said, ‘Well, you know, Wolverine — I’m part wolf so …’ and he goes, ‘No, you’re a wolverine.’”
Quirky and zany disingenuous bullshit to distract.

Compare his physique with Arnold for example who took roids. Huge difference.
You didn’t know this but your genes affect how your body responds to steroids.
Same way that some people drink a lot and handle it and some people drink a little and get totaled.
Steroids don’t guarantee results.

I'm no expert, but I think he's au naturale. lol

Maybe in the first X-Men, but I bet pretty much after that he was on something. Looks like a completely different guy.

is he <5'6"? of course he used steroids...

TBF, in the first X-Men movie, Hugh was a late replacement for Dougray Scott. He barely had any time to prepare. And during those times, 1999-2001, I don't think it was that easy to trane to be swole as it was 10 years later.

I don’t care if he did or not. And I don’t care whether or not he lies about it. It isn’t as if he is competing in some kind of sport and steroids give him an edge he otherwise wouldn’t have.

Do I believe him? Not really. But it’s possible for a guy his age to be that ripped. My dad was. He barely had to touch weights and he was fucking shredded. He just stayed active all the time. And he just has great genetics. Some people have that. I did not get it. I have to work my ass off to just be not fat.
