How'd Rumble KO Glover so easily?

Rumble had Crazy KO Power.
Also he connected a clean shot on Glover
For the last, even though the bout lasted less than 15 seconds, he changed Glover forever. He stopped using his weird striking game and became more reliant on his wrestling/bjj skills.
Basically, he realized he was getting old and had to adapt his gameplan.

Glover can take a beating. I know he rolls more to avoid damage, but Hill landed some huge shots and had him cut up. I don't buy that a man can take more damage as he ages. Was Rumble just that much of a beast?

I found it interesting that Johnson's KO of Teixeira got the most votes by a WIDE margin on this poll courtesy of @MXZT

Out of these Rumble Johnson KO's - Which two were the best?

Do you think Hill hits as hard as Rampage or Lidell?
No. Both of those guys hit extremely hard and put people to sleep.

Not saying Hill doesn't hit hard. He obviously has skills and power, but not quite like the greatest punchers in division history.

Power is unexplainable in a lot of ways. It’s a similar way to how Manhoef KOd Hunt when nobody else could for a long time. Some shots land perfectly or some fighters have the ability to knock out anybody while others can’t. On the other hand, Rumble couldn’t knock out Arlovski. It can be pretty unpredictable.

I don't think Liddell hit as hard as Rampage. But he definitely hit hard. I wouldn't be opposed to putting him in the same range as those two though.
