How will you remember Rory MacDonald and Rampage Jackson?!

Rampage: Unmotivated fat ass. Self-hating black guy that wishes he was white. Ramming pregnant women with vehicles before it became cool with Jonathan Jones.

Rory: Wannabe GSP that turned out to be a Matt Serra. Self-hating white guy that wishes he was black. First fighter to quit during a fight by throwing himself violently backward WELL AFTER the actual strike to his face.

Rampage was Liddell's kyptonite. But he was also perhaps the biggest bum in MMA.

Rory was the next big thing. But he was a mental midget and couldn't live up to his hype.

Very similar but the biggest difference was Rampage was in a division with all these killers so his chances of success was smaller while Rory had the red carpet but fail misably.

Overall, Rampage had the better career during his peak.

I'll never be able to seperate Rory from the second fight with Lawler, and that's automatically what I think about when I hear his name. He got years taken off of his life that night, and he's never going to be the same fighter he was prior to that. I'll think of him as a fighter who gave way too much of himself one night, and ended up paying the ultimate price. I realize that scenerio has yet to actually play out, but I can't see it going any other way.

Page calling that dude "titties"

That was hilarious and will last forever.

Also on that sports science show when they measured his punching power and he said it comes from the ass.

Gotta put your ass into it

Rampage is a legend. His fights against Wanderlei in Pride should be in the HOF!!!

Look at this little bitch ass hater.

Rory = the fearless kid that became a warrior in the UFC. Let go after speaking his mind and still kicking ass over in Bellator.

Rampage = old skool junkyard dog. Kicked a lot of ass and slammed the shit outa some fools

Rampage- Man I hated that motherfucker for the longest time after he beat Chuck. Loads of talent but never really interested in being the best, just loved it and the money.

Rory- He's a full blown sociopath. He left a part of himself in the cage against Lawler and for that I have the upmost respect. Very technical and intelligent fighter. I truly believe what he says about his fights. He doesn't say shit for the media. He's the only guys I think that could murder someone in the cage and wake up the next day feeling good about himself. He'd probably show up to the funeral too. That said, he's one of my absolute favorites and the only reason I watch Belator.

Rampage:
- Personality/sense of humor
- Slams and freakish strength

MacDonald:
- Brief boring phase before turning into an absolute killer.
- Second fight with Lawler.

Rory: still has time to make his mark

Rampage: big wins but some wasted pontential

I first saw Rampage in a King of the Cage match. Ken Shamrock was sitting with the commentators and by the end he was screaming "I love this guy!". I was a Rampage Jackson fan from that day forward. When he beat the brakes off Chuck in 2003, he was possibly the best 205er in the world.

He had his disappointing moments though. HIs last fight with Queen Mo really pissed me off. He talked all kinds of shit and then showed up super fat and was awful. I try to block that fight out of my mind.

he got destroyed that night by the best LHW in the world in 2003, Wanderlei Silva.

Why is his record crazy? It's not close to being the most amount of fights, the least amount of fights, the most wins, the most losses or anything like that. What is it about his record that makes it so crazy? Please clarify.

He fought just about every top lhw that ever lived.

Rampage unified the titles. I think people forget about that and think it was just a title defense. I had been waiting for that unification bout for years. No one had a clue it would be between 2 Pride fighters lol

Rory = Badass but not quite champ

Rampage = Crybaby

Pride made sure Silva had the advantages he needed to win. I was/am a huge fan of both but I recognize that Silva was protected and that night was a great example. Don't forget that Page had full mount and they stood them up.

Both will retire as MMA legends.

MMA will not forget these two fighters and their career's.

They will be talked about well passed their retirements.

Rory as a warrior that comes up just short of being champ material and looks like a rapist or serial killer

Rampage as a whiney and never content brawler that wasted his potential.

Let me hug you, you need it.
