I just picked one of these up and I'm wondering what the proper form is. It seems like the way I've been doing it is really tough on the shoulders and not much stress on the lower abs.
on your knees? roll out with it until your arms are straight like you're superman and then roll back. it does stress the upper body somewhat. some people just roll it with their arms, which is [email protected]@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@!!!!

Thats a good site, cheers for that. To TS, if you have never touched an ab wheel it is recommended to start from your knees,go to the site above and scroll down to the progressive section and soon enough you will be the next ross enamait!
Keep your shoulder blades together - never extend your shoulders fully, especially when doing them from toes.
