I never realized it, but you can get an all-time ranking using their algorithms. The results are even more unexpected, but I guess they give some food for thought. For example, here's there top 20 HWs:

They base it on who beat who without taking into consideration what point of their careers the opposition was at.

Max Baer for example beat Max Schmelling who beat Joe Louis, #2 on the list.
 
I assume Ezzard Charle is #1 heavyweight up in there. Dude was a killer at HW.
