How on earth is Josh Barnett number 6?

UFC rankings are shit, HW is shallow, etc

While he deserves to be there based on ability, he hasn't fought in over a year and doesn't have a fight scheduled. He should be removed after a year for inactivity. Cain Velasquez should have been removed as well.

Those elbows were as clean as you can get. Browne's technique was flawless. He even turned his wrist on the way down and came in on an angle. Either way, it's kind of moot. Barnett was already out before the first elbow was dropped. Those were just window dressing.

And there you go. Irrefutable proof. Well done. :D

Once again, FightMatrix is the way to go. He's #11 overall (#10 in the UFC). Makes sense because he's been inactive but also has an extensive record.

The guy has only fought twice in the ufc, and not since 2013. He lost to Browne and beat Mir so I don't see how he can even be in the top 10 or even top 15

Thin Herd...

Arlovski, Bigfoot, Nelson, Rothwell, and Overeem are the guys ranked lower than him.
Is it honestly a huge tragedy who's above who? They're all about the same. Old, battered, and should think about retirement.
Sad but true. HW is a sad place. Injured inactive champ and aging talent.

It took a 3-6 run for Shogun to go from #1 to #11. As long as Josh keeps fighting, he'll be top 10 for a while yet.

Heavyweight is the weakest division in the UFC, that`s why. Are there 6 HWs better than Barnett? Nope. That`s why.
