Actually, they are given free points on national exams; they have Muslim dining halls in universities; local governments build mosques for them by money from all tax payers; all halal food consumers pay additional money to help the halal food industry.

When I was in the 10th grade, there was only one Muslim at my class; when I was in the 12th grade, suddenly there were two more of them.

Even some notable Islamic claiphs shook women's hands....for example, Umar ibn al-Khattab shaking hands with women when they refused to do so when they came to pledge their allegiance to him.

Even in Haddith (Al Adab) shows women touching: Sahih al-Bukhari 6072 Book 78, Hadith 102

Maybe Muslims in different cultures behave differently. At least in my country, male Muslims shake hands with women.

Most Muslims in my country don't even fast during Ramadan. They just don't eat pork and they wear a special white cap, and they get some free points on national exams automatically, or I wouldn't even know they are Muslims.

You are talking about non-practising muslims. They dont live according to Islamic teachings, but still call themselves muslims.
