I guess 4 or 5.

How does it affect my life? I don't know. I would have to have some sort of objective way to compare what my life would be like without vices. I have never experienced that. I have just traded some in and out of the rotation over the years.
I assume this is normal.

I used to smoke, bout half a pack a day for bout 5 years, mainly while living in NYC.
I quit in my late 30s, shit destroyed my cardio, & felt like shit half the time.

I drank too much too, prolly.
I've cut back, Drink a few times every 3 or 4 months, for a special occasion or a night out with friends & gal.
I like to drink vodka & vino.
It's fun, so it's something I gotta watch.

Pulp ain't worth the squeeze for my lifestyle and aims.
That red wine is good for aging is bs.
The reservatrol is minute amounts, compared to the alcohol.

I chew nicotine gum, still.
Is not really healthy, but is a good nootropic & nice lil buzz.

I also drink fresh kanna powder mixed in with almond milk & cocunut water regularly at night, which is a nice anti anxiety thing & helaxing.
Is a good substitute for the vino.

A few times a year I'll microdose mushrooms.
But that's not to helax, but shake things up from routine, or what not.

Been binge drinking on the weekends lately, blacking out and waking up with horribly bad hangovers.

But the yard gets cut and maintained, so there's that. The binge drinking comes after the yard work, just chillin' out back in the sun.

I cut/weedwack/edge my front and side yards Friday night after work. Backyard Saturday morning.
