You strike me as the opposite of me. Strong squat, then after strong deadlift and weak Bench press. I'm strong at bench, ok at deadlift and weak at squat. You problably can't do any good push ups. You are heavy and a lower body strength guy. Sorry it gotta be 80% strict for me to count. Just like you don't let these half squats fly in the S&C reviews.
I'm 195 lbs lol. Pushups are not hard. People that have to emphasize stupid shit like "perfect form" or "slow controlled reps" are typically just justifying their weak ass numbers. It's the same as the "no belt" or "ATG" crowd on squats. It's because their numbers suck and try to act like their numbers can't be compared to others.
