Im from sweden, and as you all now, in Europe we use the metric system for weight and length measurements.
So, how many pound is a "plate"??? is it 40?45? Im talking about the usual metalplate seen in all kinds of training videos and such. And people in this forum keep talking about squatting so and so many plates.
Oh, bye the way, the most common plate in sweden are 15 and 20 kilos. Usually with a layer of rubber around it also. We have different colours for different weights 15 = yellow, 20 = blue, 25 = red, 50 = green.
