Haven't used a head pillow in maybe a year. I started it because lying flat looking at iPad got me drowsy. Not sure if it's bad for my neck and back.

When it's cold, I use two where one is for the ribs area.

I sleep with 2, I'd have a broken neck if I slept with 1 or 3...and I'd probably die if I slept with 0 lol

I need at least 2 but at home I use 3

One I use normally and use my hand below to adjust the height. Another one to place between my legs around the knees and a third one on top of my face cause I like the pressure and extra darkness

One under my head. One in an RNC to squeeze to death. My wife says i squeeze her too hard if we do the spoon. So i have a pillow to go all mice of men on.
