It usually takes me a long ass time to feel truly awake after my body wakes up in the morning. I wish I can be "online" as soon as I open my eyes so I can hit the gym early before starting my day, but it takes me at least an hour, usually more, after drinking coffee, splashing my face with cold water, stretching, moving around a bit before I start to shake off the grogginess.

Is this normal for you guys? How do you guys "wake up" after waking up?

I wake up everyday at 3AM - take an immediate ice bath. I then run 8 miles, and eat 4 quail eggs and bison meat, before boxing training. Then I go back to sleep around 4AM

It takes me like 20 minutes to reconcile with the fact I'm still alive, and I'm awake. After coffee I'm good though.

3 alarms first at 405, 410,415. I dont get up till I hit snooze 10 times . Takes a mi ute to get my old ass up early for work. :(

I dunno, 5 minutes and im up taking vitamins and a pre-workout... so, not long.

I'm usually wide awake halfway into 2nd cup of strong coffee. So about 10 minutes

Few mins.

To be ready for the day, 'bout an hour and a half. I like to take my time sippin' my coffee, read a little news, light foam rolling or some stretches/yoga, eat breakfast then get dressed and head out for work.

I get up right when my alarm goes off at 130a. Turn the shower on, 12 pull ups, 30 push-ups, shit, shower, brush teeth, dressed, backpack ready by 152. Put a lunch together, drink an apple cider vinegar, make tea, driving to work with an apple and banana by 208.
