Health How long does it take you to wake up?

I wake up pretty fast, don't waste anytime. Just get up and go.

When my alarm goes off, im up.

But if i really need more sleeps ill try to give myself another 30 mins.

Cold shower will wake your ass the fuck up

It usually takes me a long ass time to feel truly awake after my body wakes up in the morning. I wish I can be "online" as soon as I open my eyes so I can hit the gym early before starting my day, but it takes me at least an hour, usually more, after drinking coffee, splashing my face with cold water, stretching, moving around a bit before I start to shake off the grogginess.

Is this normal for you guys? How do you guys "wake up" after waking up?

About 10 mins, quick scroll and I'm up and about. I smash a coffee as soon as I can to get up and about for the gym, fuck pre-workouts, coffee is the best.

A couple of minutes.

I workout shortly after waking up. I meditate shortly before going to sleep. I usually sleep well.

About 20 minutes. I give myself exactly that much time before I jump out of bed and start getting ready for work.
I have to catch a bus, and it’s the last one, so I can’t be late.

I wake up instantly. Always have. Like a pop tart springing out of bed.

Drives the wife and daughter wild.

I'm slow.

I'm working a 5am start today. I set my alarm for 03:15. It's currently 03:28 and I've forced myself up and am currently on the toilet taking a shit. I'll be leaving around 04:00.

I'd lie in bed for an hour or so if I were off, but I've felt the need for a morning toilet break as soon as I've woken up as of late. Annoying.

Damn I know those morning shits. I used to be late for work because of the massive shits I have to take in the morning.

Why do you guys work so early though?

Yeah, I don't want to be caught out at work, so I get out what I can before I leave.

I've always worked in airports, so I've always been privy to starting dead early. Used to it now.

I awake, drink 1 glass doodh then ready for Sherdog day 🥛👍🏾 maybe 10 minute only ji #GrindsetMindset

Making doo doo is on the clock time for employer to pay for.
Exactly. It'd be more acceptable to be on the shitter while on the clock than being late at work because you were on the shitter outside of work. I tried to be early so my boss would think I'm a good employee but then I'd just head straight to the bathroom after my morning coffee. I'm so glad I work remote now so I can wake up and take shits whenever I want.

Instantly. You can wake me up and in 5 seconds I can talk to you about roman legion infantry tactics. I have super fast boot time. I had girlfriends who would linger for half an hour in bed and then need coffee before being conversational. Never understood that and even now I'm not sure if it's a real thing, this needing coffee to function, or it's just lazyness.

I go from sleeping to fully awake in a few seconds. Even nicer is that I can fall asleep in less than a minute, no matter if it’s for the night or my afternoon nap.

I get up, shower, and get dressed in 20-30 minutes. Then I take over kid duties from the wife which takes another 20-30 min. So, maybe full on ready to leave the house for the day in 45-60 min
