Not sure that's still the case with post count in the SB. @Chules has more posts than even me and I only ever come across him in the EPL football thread. No judgement, we're both Gooners so he can post as many times as he likes.

I’m pretty sure it counts in there now -back in the day they didn’t tho.
 
I didn't get really comfortable until they created Mayberry.

The old OT was funny sometimes but mostly it was tedious. I didn't feel like talking shit 24 hours a day.

But when Mayberry came along I was like, "these are my people"

I am not a forum guy. This is the only one I have ever been on. I went from Heavies to the OT in it's heyday. That was wild back in the day. We had wars in there, people met up and dated. Hilarity ensued. But it imploded and got too childish, so I migrated to the Berry and eventually WR as well. I had to learn a lot of the terminology and etiquette in the beginning. A lot of that is kind of gone now. There were so many forum slang terms that were big in the early to mid 2000-10s. There was also a lot of inside jokes and references, but other than that, just blended in. I stay because it entertains me, and I get great info on movies, TV, books, and some of you are interesting folks.
 
Lurked 2000/01... Mainly for the awesome highlights. Started posting in 2002.
