Bj penn certainly worked for that belt, he used to train up to six hours a day, six days a week. He never took jujitsu that seriously in terms of like cardio training and stuff like that he would just train BJJ all the time. He is more fortunate than most in the fact that he had a family with money so that he could train and not work or go to school. But still mad props to BJ, what he did very few poeple if any have done.
