Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version.
how long b4 ur cardio starts to decrease if u don't continue to train it? i ve heard 2 days, 3 days , someone even told me 5 but is there anyone that knows for sure?
Well from my experience in cross country and track & field back in high school, I'd say about a week. I've actually ran faster during my workouts back then when I gave myself a couple of days rest. But I noticed a slight decrease in my cardio after a week.
