But MMA evolved, fighters got better, and the audience started understanding and appreciating the intricacies of MMA more. I'm sure even old school boxing fans who hated MMA would appreciate tonight's main event.

None of that is possible for powerslap. Either you like 2 dudes slapping each other, or you won't.

I'm not proud of it, but I do watch the events (skipping to the actual slapping parts, of course).

I can't even picture paying high ticket prices to watch it live.

There's so much lag time & frequent rule inspecting, that it becomes a total bore to watch.
I mean there's 3-seconds of action followed by 20 minutes of lag time in every match. Everyone is just standing around and staring at each other for 90% of the events.
